Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Requirement:  The Manager / Senior Manager  is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with
accounts, ensuring delivery and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
  • Play an integral role in new business opportunities.
  • Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales.
  • You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions Requirements of the role
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with clients
  • Update meeting/ opportunities on CRM tool
  • Collections
  • Ensuring continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients, mail
  • Ensuring adherence to people related policies/ procedures, maintaining integrity, discipline and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to ISMS Policy of the organization
